A heavy-duty nylon coil zipper runs along the top, outer edge and bottom, with two metal sliders that meet at the centre of the outer edge. The spine stays free of zipper hardware.

01 / The exterior
A vault, down to the detail.
A black textured PU cover, a gold-lined silhouette and the MEIARK tower. A substantial binder designed around a complete collection — not an afterthought around it.
Permanent, ringless binding
A reinforced centre binding holds all 46 leaves, with no rings and no zipper down the inside of the spine.

Our Master Binder is being designed to hold the entire Amada master set covered by our working checklist, with room left for the hunt to continue. This is a capacity plan, not yet a tested fit guarantee.

About the master-set fit
The plan covers individual stickers, individual promos and documented design, finish, back and print variants in our working checklist. Nice Cards, uncut sheets, packaging and accessories are not included. It is not a verified census of every historical variant.

Every square has its place.
Clear, flexible pockets over a continuous black backing keep each sticker at the centre of the page.
58 × 58 mm pockets
Every pocket has at least 58 × 58 mm of space (59 mm target), for items up to 57 × 57 mm and 0.6 mm thick including a sleeve.
Side-loading, spine-facing
Each opening faces the centre binding, so items slide in from the side and stay put when the binder is carried.
PVC-free pockets
Clear polypropylene film, free of PVC and plasticizers, over a black polypropylene core.

Design targets from our V5 prototype specification (September 2026). Final dimensions, capacity and loaded thickness depend on prototype testing.
04 / Before production
What we’re checking before production.
- One complete prototype comes first; production waits for a signed-off sample.
- Every one of the 92 page faces is measured, and a full load of 3,312 test inserts checks the fit.
- Page turns are tested 100 times on leaves across the binder, and the zipper 200 times while loaded.
- We won't claim archival, acid-free or waterproof protection without supplier evidence.
